Tbh, I have had a very bad experience with such titles so far.

First one was a game called Drifter, which cost 15eur at the time to get alpha access. Needless to say, it wasn't updated ever since.
Then there was Starsector. Same thing.
Prison Manager, which was a greenlit game on Steam. Pretty basic, but it was fun enough. Sadly they never got any updates out for it ever since the initial reliese.
Then there's Rimworld. Same story.
