Was Doing routine Defense at malta when trader callsign NDG came through Alpha and refused to halt for scan and refused to ID himself. WE initiated chase due to Hostile IFF and trader Bugged out then returned again later still not Identifiying himself. We again initiated chase and he exited through Beta Jumphole. Requesting Permission to KOS trader NDG.....
