This has been bugging me for quite some time, my Harvester Cruiser
has 11 turret mounts of which 1 is a light mortar, 1 is a pulse weapon
and others are all Corsair Cruiser turrets.

Now with a large number of new corsairs spitting on our friendly relationship
and the fact that we didn't have any events in quite some time where we solidified
our Alliance with OPG and the Corsair council using 9 corsair turrets has become
questionable for me. Rules-wise we're allowed to use them and they are great in
Combat but i no longer feel that it makes much sense to use as much as 9, as it
marks my loadout to be corsair-based.

Harvesters, by story, are supposed to use anything they deem useful from the
parts they harvest of interesting ships. Without the alpha code, we cannot invent
our own weapons (for gunboat and above) and our ships were, by story,
invented in the era when we fought and lost to the Daam K'Vosh and
are based on their squid-like design.

I'm not asking to use liberty, outcast (example) or any turrets from an
enemy faction, but i require a loadout of as many different turrets possible
to simulate "you are what you eat" kind of Harvester.

Yes, I know about the "Special request" forum but until its opened I'd like to hear
suggestions
on which turrets I should/can use to simulate this effect.

P.S. never mind combat effectiveness, its not important really...

Basic turrets are always an option. I would also say Zoner, but as Harvesters harvest them when they find a Zoner for their harvesting Harvests (*coughs*) I think this option falls out.

In a brilliant tactical movement, i charged backwards.

Not really sure what you meant by that....
and I actually think that option is still interesting.
We are about to officially declare neutrality to the Zoners (but keep this subject of my thread)
and it may allow me to add 1-2 Zoner turrets.

Ok.... basic turrets are also acceptable... if I find any...

But there is still a lot more space to fill. Any other suggestions?

Is it a regulation for you to use 1 of each?

its not much of a regulation but more like a desire.... wouldn't it look great
if my harvester was more like a flying trophy of countless battles and harvested
enemies rather than an optimized killing-machine?

Oh, didn't know. I saw Harveys as beeing dead hostile to Zoners. Well then, once you become neutral, of course there is the Zoner turret option.

There are IMG cruiser turrets, GMG ones, Rogue ones. Pick up any of those I think...

P.S. Also I think there are Lane Hacker Turrets...
