Be it effects, Effect changes or entirely new guns. Throw your ideas around We will do what we can / find feasible we will also tell you what can and can't be done.

As for the "delayed shot fixed forward guns" more details on what kind of weaponry that would fall under would be nice, i.e. what you would say it looks like, how it would fly, how boomshanka it is etc.

Also, if it wouldn't lag too much, MIRV anti-cap missiles as well as launchers which launch multiple low-damage missiles at a single target at the same time would be awesome.
Another thing that would be nice is the already proposed mine layer. Especially as a area denial weapon deployed by caps, it would be awesome. Caps, especially battleships, need more tactical capabilities in any case - currently, it's just pointing your crosshair at the other BS and trying to slowly get into a favorable position (ie, above him, because his razors are on the downside of the ship etc) before he does the same.
A bomber weapon resembling the screamer missile pods in starlancer, multipe high refire, high speed missiles, with low dammage, but can only go in a straight line (so using them against anything but caps would be pointless).
