Eh, is there any possible way to avoid the crashes. Mostly happens when I'm near a jump gate or a lane...

Make sure you have 3D Sound disabled.

Ya, it finally clicked lol.

I got XP. hehe (the thing that says windows XP was no help at all):P

But uh... is there any way to not have my computer crashed all the time?

It's relatively unusual for a computer to crash all of the time but here are some of the common reasons why it does:

1. Dust in various heatsinks causing CPU or graphicas card to overheat - or possibly a failed fan.
2. Faulty memory.
3. Viruses and buggy software although from your description I don't think it is this.
4. Faulty motherboard, graphics card or power supply.

Cleaning your heatsinks is easy to do. Blow air into them until they are clean - generally best to do this outside. Check that the fans are spinning when the computer is powered on.
