While the 12000 “Roc” continues to be a successful and popular bomber for the civilian market, its inability to effectively combat pirate fighters has proven a liability that often outweighs its effectiveness against larger vessels. Recognizing this, CTE Manufacturing tasked a design team with developing a new breed of vessel, one that would fuse the “Roc”’s heavy payload with the 6000 “Eagle”’s space superiority capabilities. The result: the CTE 24000 “Vulture.”
