Chateau-Tierry is a remote desert world on the outskirts of Ile-de-France. In the earliest days of Ile-de-France's colonization it was considered as a potential site for a human settlement. Discovery of Jump Holes around the system rendered those plans obsolete since neighboring systems offered more attractive colonization options.
