Buried deep in the Siberian Ice Field, Tbilisi is the main source of H-Fuel for the Coalition. A lone gas miner captured from the GMG is used to collect the slowly evaporating planetary atmosphere. Sevastopol Depot is in orbit of Tbilisi, fuelling the Coalition war machine.
