The Watchful is a Prison Liner,and serves as the current HQ of the [IPT],and is currently stationed somewhere in the Texas system,thus ensuring constant communication with the prisons there,and increasing security in the system.While it is currently based in Texas,it is kept in a mobile state,so as to be able to move at a moments notice,and can be found anywhere prisoners await transportation.
