Blodo: What is the problem with all the new bases? If they're not seen by players, then they won't affect the players in any way. If you can provide a good reason for me not to make the bases say it now.
I'll talk to the guy who wrote the plugin aswell, and see if I can do it. It won't take too long to make the bases anyway.
But how do you get them to warp back to the ship? I know that it's a weird suggestion, but we may have to remove some stuff to fit this in. But this is a very important addon.
You'd have to ask the FLHook modders. I presume that FLHook either beams you to the station or simply creates a docking point in the system at where the carrier is.
It moves around etc and does it's thing and when you undock, it finds out where the carrier is and generates a dockingpoint there again and you undock from it.
That's how it would work in theory.

Anyway, I talked with Cannon about this and the way to do it would be an Flhook plugin so that when you "dock" with a player, you're sent to a station about 300k above the plane, and when you "undock" you magically re-appear outside the ship again. If the ship dies while you're docked in it, you undock at the last base you were on.
It is possible, just a lot of work. Cannon would need to write the plugin and someone (I'm willing to do it, just need a few spare hours at some point) would need to add a base to every system.

You can make them all dock at the same neutral base in Omicron Delta, 6531k above the plane with an invisible texture on the base, normal docking rights denied and it not saving on the navmap. (Call it n00bl3t base?)
Make it so you cannot dock the BS whilst people are in it, you cannot undock whilst in a tradelane or in cruise.
Any problems with that, in terms of coding?

on the flak it does not show... You will jump form the system you docked to the one you undock having all the jump scenes going one after another in a long loop looks awesome btw
