' Wrote:So if you're in DW you aren't allowed to be in another server faction?
With the specific terms used here it may get a little confusing.
I have a character in DW and I also have a independent Outcast. This is permitted per DW policy.
If that Outcast character was to join the 101st or RoS then I would have to leave DW.
The reasoning behind DW's position regarding multi-clanning is one that was thrust upon us by the actions of others and the fact that the majority of multi-clanners we have encountered are incapable of being loyal.
They would attack us with one clan and after being defeated would then switch to their other clan and attack us again. Or use their influence with their other clan to move that clan more towards a hostile stance towards DW even though that 2nd clan has no reason to be other then neutral towards us. It has happened before and I suspect some occasions of it happening here as well.
' Wrote:Well that's rather exclusive, and it really does hamper integration into a server in my opinion. But that being said, its your prerogative.
Actually you are incorrect in this.
My outcast character has interacted with SoB, 101st, and RoS on several occasions.
How is being not part of their clan lessen my interaction with the faction as a whole?
Oh boy some feedback, well I've spoted some DW so far with my order char and my pirate char... I'm affraid I cannot recall any names, but one was perticulary keeon on Roleplaying your couse, It was quite a previlage.
On the other hand, I've never seen anything less than a battlecruiser from your wing, not even a destroyer just battlecruisers, and the second DW i've encountered was quite openly hostile to my pirate killing on sight, with no verbal warning...
So I'm a little shy about raising praise, or blowing of doubt. I'd like to see some real BH sense amongst you, ... the last lines give me capwhoring chills... "We shall molecularly transmit to our base, re-buy our ships and weapons and seek you out. You have been warned."
Personaly transmit your cap ships to omicrons and fight nomads all day long. In my view you should act much like Order does, #1 priority are nomads... #2 defense against order, #3 pirates & smugglers. Probably you shouldn't even take on bounties unless you get some fighters for the jobs at hand...

Quite actually that is precisely what I have been doing.
It was for collecting Nomads for use in some RP.
If you read the message dump you will notice that over 1000 tons of them have been delivered out of the 1500 tons that was collected (2 shipments were destroyed in transit). Granted, at this point it will most likely be used for nothing and sold off. The original idea was to fashion some torpedoes using the nomad biomatter as the primary warhead for use against the Harvesters. But I have rethought the idea to avoid being accused of Powerplaying even though the harvester history shows how they interact with nomads (they cant therefor it would cause an endless loop while the harvesters internal mechanics try to regain control and expel the material).
After posting this, I expect that to change.
Skoko,
Every DW has a fighter, but since the vessels running around Omega-15 have been cruisers primarily I dont see us really wanting to just meet them in fighters.
Two to three bombers that are comfortable in their ships can easily dispatch a cruiser Raekur, that's meant in no way as a flame, just an observation of your reasoning.
