Kempeitai ID

Pilot carrying this ID is a member of the Kempeitai, a lawful Kusari intelligence agency, who:
- Can demand traders who belong to corporations headquartered in Houses that Kusari is at war with to drop their cargo or be destroyed.
- Can demand contraband, levy fines and destroy ships if they refuse to comply,
- Can hunt pirates and terrorists within their Zone of Influence,
- Cannot ally with anyone except with Kusari lawfuls or Hogosha.
Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats, Cruisers.
