Battlecruisers can already use jump drives up to Mark 4, and cruisers and below can always be subject to fleet jumps. Additionally to randomly jumping dreadnoughts and battlecruisers we will now have cruisers, too. Do we really want that to happen?

the way i see this is if cruisers are allowed jump drives, then we will see most playing only cap ships at that point. I played on a FFA disco server when jump drives first came out and people only wanted to fly large caps because they were too lazy to fly around at all.
