When your role play is influencing the official Disco lore. That's the end game for me at least.

The maxout/endgame content on Discovery is acquiring the ships, gear and monetary amount (depending on the former) as well as the RP skill needed to leave a lasting imprint on Discovery's timeline.
Be it an individual character, group, SRP or other sort of contributions such as models, visuals or Moderator/Administration positions - that is the level where people remember you. That is our endgame content for players - them and their contributions becoming as content that is remembered, preserved and a part of Discovery.

This.

Disco is about Legacy.
