...as far as i saw on other servers...Flaks were used as a anti fighter weapon, High turn rate, medium damage, low range but they dont miss...Second any type of missile weapon can be killed with a Disrupter...12 missiles on a cruiser? 1 Train disrupter takes down all 12 of them...
