Simply because it breaks the golden rule of discovery.

NONE SHALL JUDGE OTHERS RP EXCEPT THOU ADMINS

Giving players control of other players way of RP is not good and it will be the final nail in the coffin for discovery. This would punish the good RP'ers in their capships, (me, nooblet, ect) and only dent the lolcap problem as people would just buy them anyways and have to be chased down.

Are you implying that Disco RP 24/7 is declining? Surely its RP is declining but I don't reckon the population is. If the lolwuts can leave there are plenty of other mods that encourage zero RP and 100% PVP.

Wrong again, Hoodlum. I accepted the fact there are too many bomberwhores here to bring back the glory days so I will do my best to support changes that emluate the Roaring 82's.

If caps who lolwut are being restricted, what about bombers and fighters? Lets restrict them too, that way we can all stare at eachother in starfliers all day sitting in front of manhattan.

Jihad had an elegant solution even I would support. It went something like gathering screenshots of loling caps in system chat, and other violations/annoyances...

Then it could be taken to the offical faction leader (at least I think it was the leader, perhaps the admin) and they could descide wether they give him a second chance or remove the cap.
