I think, the Repair Ship should have something more than only repair ships. It would be great if the Repair Ship can also repair POBs.

The Barge has been removed, so max cargo transports are 5000 and POBs resuply is much more harder. If you have not a good fleet of 5000 transports it will be really hard... Not mentioning, players can attack bases with Core1... and sadly i saw how some players starting with bases lost everthing due "someone" destroyed the base...

I think it will be a great Idea to allow Repair Ship fixing POBs, of course the base will continue draining health due no resources, but at least those player will have some more time for to do those long routes with the comodities. Overall if there are not many owner with 5000 transports.

I tryed to repair a base... was a really bad idea hahahaha. Maybe because the Nanotool stats are Hull Damage=1 / Shield Damage=0... is not better (and with more sense) to reverse this? Hull damage = 0 / Shields damage = 1... because for repair a ship, this need to turn off Shields.

Im thinking in my own RolePlaying services, for being hired for mainainance, informing about Base needing suplies... and so on. This will make others to be more active in forum for informing the base owner about the status.

What do you think guys?

Recently, someone told me about the using jumpdrives for group jumping only works with 3600 cargo ships.... is this real? so... POBs resuply its really a pain then hehehe, I more now in the fact Repair Ship should be able to repair POB's

But also I noted, this Repair Ship ONLY repair hull... I can imagine, this Repair Ship would be more useful in those areas where a Battle will take place and due several reason (distance, reputations...), one side have not a place for dock and repairs. But... what sense have to join back in combat after repair your hull... if your turrets still heavly damaged? Dont you think the Repair ship should repair also those weapons? Right now... after use a Repair ship for join back in the batlle will turn that ship into a kamikaze ship hahahahaha.

EDIT: Personally, i tested my Repair ship in a ship while combating... it helps!!!
