I guess the same reason as to why coalition sieged and destroyed a base in New London?


Also I want to look at Outcast and Corsair ZoI for this as well. Thoughts?

For Outcast and Corsair IDs just add the line about:
Cannot leave Omicrons while flying capitalships.

About Coalition. Just delete the faction? Would be better. Nobody wants to play with bretonia.
So, why Leeds in Bretonia's ZOI? After the war, there is nothing about laws I guess.
You deleted some ZOI from other houses and did nothing against bretonia?
Kusari has fewer systems in ZOI than Bretonia. Why?

Let's imagine that Zoner Ivan228xXx_Neutrality built a POB in, for example, Lorraine. it's neutral to lawful factions but according to RP and laws, Gallia don't welcome such things. So what, all we can do is to observe, lol?

Mark it as unlawful in RP and here we go.

Could you elaborate on what the reasoning was for cruisers and battlecruisers to be grouped together?
I've always found this interesting due to the large stat difference, player events generally have to specify if they're allowed or not as well since 'cruisers slots' there rarely, if ever, means battlecruisers too.

This clearly needs a whole lotta polishing, but in a general sense, I am all for it. Make independent worlds independent again.

Also, please don't classify gunboats as caps. And do separate cruisers and battlecruisers. The only similarity they share is in name.

The ship classification is actually identical to what it currently is, gunboats are already considered caps.

Ontario is arguably more independent than Pennsylvania is at this time. And that's just a personal observation based on the kind of presences across both systems. Besides that though, I can only be happy to see this actually happening.

Just another point of view:
If we are talking about remodel, i would suggest to remove some systems to adjust the size of the map to the current playernumbers. The current map is made for 150+ players, while we having like 50-60 on average at primetime.

OC ZoI is a can of worms, anyhow I'd suggest restricting caps to non-House Controlled space, so they can be used in the Omicrons, Taus, Sigmas, and IWs/BWs already stated on the ID description.
