While the 12000 Roc continues to be a successful and popular bomber for the civilian market, its inability to effectively combat pirate fighters has proven a liability that often outweighs its effectiveness against larger vessels. Recognizing this, CTE Manufacturing tasked a design team with developing a new breed of vessel, one that would fuse the Roc's heavy payload with the 6000 Eagle's space superiority capabilities. The result: the CTE 24000 Vulture.
