Bretonian Refugees
Bretonia's wars with Kusari and later Gallia created one of the largest humanitarian disasters in history. The influx of destitute Bretonian Refugees to Liberty and Rheinland caused significant labor shocks that fueled domestic unrest. In the years since the Gallic War's end, many Refugees have sought to return to Bretonia, either due to homesickness or persecution. Groups of Refugees are transported in bulky, modular passenger cabins that contain overcrowded accommodation and rudimentary services.
