The Hercules-class is designed for one specific purpose: modular installation construction at-scale. With a limited hold just large enough for the core components necessary for an outpost, the Hercules sees use among militaries, outlaws, and homesteaders alike. Constructing an outpost using its specialist nano-assembly equipment requires only an initial supply of basic and super alloys, industrial materials, optronics, construction machinery, and nanocapacitors. Typically, Hercules-class gantries only create a habitable temporary worksite for onboard engineering teams, who will then take over with conventional construction.
