Sizewell SC-1 Capacitor Matrix

Assembled from readily available prefabricated parts on Sizewell's assembly lines, the SC-1 is a venerable and timeless capacitor matrix design, providing reserve "overcharge" capacity for a shield with relatively little rewiring or rearranging the layout of the existing generator. All of the original patents have expired, so clones made and sold by other companies are common, but the name persists in the mouths of mechanics and pilots alike.
